Hi,

http://blackjacke.net/submit-link.html?task=list_links&cat_id=1 this type urls are called dynamic urls

and this http://blackjacke.net/submit-link/web-design type are called static urls......

How to change dynamic urls to static urls: visit this link http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum92/6079.htm, this is helpful to you.
