Jensen Technologies SL / Not web Design is looking for a replacement of our current office manager/customer supporter who is retiring. The ideal candidate is very organised and meticulous, has some accounting and technical experience with excellent English and Spanish skills.
The position involves the following duties:
- Preparing our accounts for our accountants
- Technical customer support via email for several internal projects
- Invoicing and chasing payments
- Office management (Purchasing supplies, filing and organising the office)
- Light project management
- Minor human resource tasks
Jensen Technologies is a small internationally focused web development company with both internal and external projects. Our primary language is English although most of the team is Spanish.
Our office is in Granada, close to the Serrallo roundabout. Though we jokingly call the office “the dungeon” it’s an inviting cozy place in the basement of a house. Our work environment is creative, collaborative and relaxed. We make sure everybody is heard and feels part of the team. We always finish the week having a drink together and try organize social events a couple of times a year. We are supporters of the Open Source cause and participate in events related to free software around the world.
Candidates must be keen to learn and used to teamwork while still being independent and have autonomous decision making abilities. We value intelligence and enthusiasm over experience or education.
Experience using Content Management systems as Joomla or Wordpress as well as basic knowledge of search engine optimization and accounting systems are a plus.
Full time job. Monday to Friday 9:00 to 13:15 and 14:00 to 17:45
